- No external resources. Fonts and all assets are hosted with the site: your visit is not disclosed to any third party.
- The assessment tool is fully local. Your answers to the AI readiness questionnaire are processed in your browser. They are neither stored nor transmitted.
Information you choose to send us
If you write to us by email, we receive the information you decide to include (name, contact details, project context). That information:
- is used solely to respond to your request and follow up on our exchanges;
- is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes;
- is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for, then securely destroyed.
Our commitments under Law 25
GoodMind AI complies with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25):
- A person in charge of the protection of personal information is designated (see below).
- Any confidentiality incident would be logged and, where there is a risk of serious injury, reported to the Commission d'accès à l'information and to the persons concerned.
- You may at any time request access to the information we hold about you, its rectification or its deletion.
These same principles — minimization, transparency, vendor governance, local hosting when data is sensitive — guide every project we deliver for our clients.
